Tooie
A "PyroBot" manufactured by US Robots and Mechanical Men, Inc., this humanoid robot was first designed to help the Navy fight shipboard fires. Tooie, as his fellow firefighters call him, joined Boulder Fire Rescue to assist human firefighters with their duties.
Sven Johannson
Sven was originally from a farm in Minnesota, but moved with his parents to Fort Collins, Colorado. Learning that college wasn't for him, he went to the Boulder Fire Rescue training academy and became a Boulder Firefighter. Starting out as Nina's boyfriend, he soon became Johnny's life-long friend and firefighting partner.
